Arms and the Man8pm March 10 2010
Stop…A question: Who has won both an Oscar and the Nobel Prize for Literature? Cambrian Players is back doing the classics with just such a master playwright: George Bernard Shaw. Yes, hop into Cambrian Players’ time machine back to 1885 Europe with Shaw’s brilliant satire “Arms and the Man.” George Bernard Shaw lampoons idiotic military brass eager to glorify war, and unrealistic, overly romantic notions of love. Shaw’s “Arms and the Man” and Cambrian Players: unbeatable live theatre entertainment.

Location: The Paramount Theatre, 24 South Court Street. All tickets $15, available at Fireweed, Steepers, or at the door. Show starts at 8pm!
