Social Planning Awards

17th Annual Social Planning Awards

We are pleased to invite nominations for the Seventeenth Annual Lakehead Social Planning Council’s Social Planning Awards. The Awards presentation will be made at our Annual General Meeting that will be held Tuesday, May 10th, 2016 at the Victoria Inn.

Two awards are presented, one to an organization and one to an individual. Any resident and/or organization in Thunder Bay that have worked towards enhancing the quality of life in the city or the district of Thunder Bay for at least three years are eligible. In order to be considered for this award, each nomination letter must be signed by two (2) separate sources. Nominees will be evaluated by a sub-committee of the Board of Directors of the Lakehead Social Planning Council. The enclosed nomination form and accompanying summary must be received by Wednesday, May 4th, 2016. This will allow time for the panel to consider the submissions and notify the successful recipients.
